- Syllabus: The test will cover English Language, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude.
- Negative Marking: There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
- Tier-2: Skill Test / Computer Proficiency Test:
- Candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for the second tier.
- For Assistant: A Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) of 20 marks will be conducted to assess skills in Word Processing, Excel, and PowerPoint. This test is qualifying in nature.
