NPCC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions:
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals should apply.
- Age Limit: The upper age limit for all posts is 40 years as of April 30, 2025.
- Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Site Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- Site Engineer (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- Sr. Associate (Office Support) – HR: MBA (HR) / Post Graduate Degree in HR from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- Sr. Associate (Office Support) – Law: Full-time Three years LLB or Five years integrated Law course from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- Sr. Associate (Office Support) – Finance: CA/ICWA/MBA/PG in Finance from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- All qualifications (Regular Course) should be from Indian Universities or Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE/Statutory Authorities.
- Candidates employed in Central/State Government Departments/Public Sector Enterprises etc., should submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the Interview.

NPCC Salary and Benefits 2025
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration and other benefits as follows:
- Consolidated Remuneration for all posts: Rs. 33,750/- per month.
- Provident Fund: Employer’s contribution towards Provident Fund @12% shall be borne by the Company.
- Medical Allowance: A fixed Medical Allowance of Rs. 1250/- per month shall also be paid by the Corporation.
NPCC Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
The selection process for all posts will be through a Walk-In-Interview.
- Candidates are required to bring relevant documents/certificates in support of age, qualification, experience (if any), etc., for verification at the time of the Walk-In-Interview.
- Merely attending the Walk-In-Interview will not grant any right for claiming an appointment in NPCC.
- NPCC reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process without assigning any reason.
