Eligibility Criteria for SAIL ISP Paramedical Roles

- Dental Hygienist: 10+2 (Science) or equivalent and Diploma in Dental Hygiene from a government-recognized institute.
- Dental Assistant/Dental Operating Room Assistant: 10+2 (Science) or equivalent and Certified Dental Assistant course from a government-recognized institute with Registration in Paramedical council / DORA registered in Dental Council.
- Physiotherapist: 10+2 (Science) or equivalent and Diploma in Physiotherapy (minimum 2 years duration) from a government-recognized institute.
- Audiometrist: 10+2 (Science) or equivalent and Diploma in Audiology (minimum 2 years duration) from a government-recognized institute.
- Critical Care Technician: 10+2 (Science) or equivalent and Diploma in Critical Care Technology (minimum 2 years duration) from a government-recognized institute, with minimum one year experience of working in a Critical Care Unit with ventilator facility.
Experience

Salary & Benefits for SAIL ISP Paramedics
Selected candidates will be engaged as Proficiency Trainees for 18 months. The remuneration structure is as follows:

- Working Hours: Minimum 8 hours a day for six days a week (48 hours/week). Remuneration will be pro-rated for lesser hours.
- Leave: 7 days of leave per year (subject to approval) and entitlement to closed holidays or compensatory off for National Holidays.
- Accommodation: Hostel facility may be provided on a payment basis, subject to availability. No HRA is payable.
- Medical Facility: Medical benefits for self only at the SAIL, ISP Hospital, Burnpur.
- Other Benefits: Experience certificate upon successful completion of training. Maternity leave as per the Act is applicable. No PF or Gratuity is payable.

The selection process for the engagement of Proficiency Trainees (Paramedics) involves a Walk-in Interview.
