MANAGE Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for all posts will be conducted in two stages. Candidates must clear both stages to be considered for the final merit list.

  • Stage I: Objective-Type Written Test
    • This is the first stage for all posts. It will be an objective-type test with a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.
    • For UDC, Steno & MTS: The test will have 100 questions (100 marks) from General English, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. The duration will be 90 minutes.
    • For Junior Technical Assistant: The test will have 75 questions (75 marks) from General Knowledge (25 marks) and Subject Matter (50 marks). The duration will be 60 minutes.
  • Stage II: Skill Test
    • Candidates who qualify in the Stage I written test will be shortlisted for the Stage II skill test. The number of candidates called will be in a 1:6 or 1:12 ratio depending on the post and category.
    • Junior Stenographer: Shorthand English Test (80 WPM) and Typewriting Test (30 WPM).
    • Upper Division Clerk: Typewriting Test in English (30 WPM) on a computer.
    • Junior Technical Assistant: A practical test of 25 marks to assess basic Internet, Computer, and Networking skills.
    • Multi-Tasking Staff: A skill test to assess suitability.

The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the Stage-I written examination, subject to qualifying in the Stage-II skill test.
