What Changed in the SSC Havaldar Additional Result on 7 October 2026?

When SSC declared the CBE result on 3 August 2026, it did not process the result of 727 candidates. The Commission said these candidates were found indulging in malpractices in the CBE under Para 20 of the notice and its notice dated 10 September 2025 on malpractices in Computer Based Examinations. Some of them took the matter to the Hon’ble CAT-PB. To implement the partial relief granted by the Hon’ble CAT-PB, SSC has now processed the results of all 727.

Please read this part slowly. Being on the list of 542 does not mean your candidature is cleared. SSC has written clearly that it is withheld on account of suspicious activities/malpractices. The 15 sealed-cover roll numbers are printed inside the 7 October write-up itself, and they are separate from the 542. SSC also says all other terms and conditions of the 3 August 2026 write-up remain unchanged. The write-up does not say what withheld candidates should do next, so keep watching the SSC website.

Because the CBE ran in many shifts, marks were normalised as per the formula in SSC’s notice dated 2 June 2025. Shortlisting for PET/PST is based only on the normalised Session-II score. You were considered only for the Post-cum-CCAs you chose in your online application form. Candidates who did not qualify Session-I were not eligible for evaluation of Session-II. The results of 2 candidates were withheld on account of suspicious activities, and the results of 169 candidates were debarred by their Regional Offices for various reasons.
