No. 10/2026 for 143 Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) posts in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Mining engineering. Educational Qualification
You must have qualified GATE 2025 in the paper code of your discipline. Only GATE 2025 marks are valid for this recruitment. Your degree must be passed by 1 November 2026 and can be full time or part time.

What is the Salary for NLC India GET 2026?
For the first one year of training, a trainee is paid in the E-2 grade at a basic of ₹50,000, plus Dearness Allowance and a Common Allowance of 35% of basic pay. After training, you are absorbed in the E-3 grade.

Extra benefits include annual Performance Related Pay, medical treatment for self and dependents, and Group Insurance. Unfurnished company accommodation is given at standard rent, subject to availability. After training, you also get a Superannuation benefit of 30% of basic pay plus DA.
There is a catch you must know. You sign a Service Agreement Bond of ₹3,00,000 to serve at least three years after training, and you cannot ask for a transfer in the first 3 years from joining.

If two candidates tie at the cut-off, the senior by date of birth is placed higher, then alphabetical order of first name. Each Area has its own merit list, and you cannot claim a seat in another Area.
These people are not allowed to sit the interview: anyone who cannot show a valid OBC (NCL), EWS, SC or ST certificate at document verification, anyone from a State or Central PSE, Government or quasi-Government body who cannot show a No Objection Certificate (NOC), and anyone who cannot show originals. Without an NOC, bond transfer claims are also not applicable.
