What Is the Eligibility for NPCC Recruitment 2026 (Qualification and Age Limit)?
All qualifications must be regular courses from Indian universities or institutes recognised by UGC/AICTE. Only Indian nationals can apply. Candidates who do not clearly meet this should not pay the fee.

For the Finance and HR Sr. Associate posts, the MBA or Post Graduation must be of minimum two years. NPCC decides at its own discretion whether another qualification is equivalent, and its decision is final. If your certificate does not name the specialisation, submit a certificate from your university that does. If you hold more than one specialisation, one of them must match the post.
Experience counts only if it was gained after the date your result or final marksheet was issued, whichever is earliest, and only up to the cut-off date. It must also be in the relevant field. Since experience is not required, it matters only for a higher pay offer.

No minimum age is stated. Age, qualification and experience are all counted on 30 September 2026, not on the closing date. A degree you finish after that day will not count. That is easy to miss because applications run until 31 October.
What Is the Salary for NPCC Recruitment 2026?
The pay is a consolidated monthly remuneration, not a pay-scale with levels.

On top of this, the Company pays its 12% Provident Fund contribution, and every post gets a fixed Medical Allowance of Rs 1,250 a month. If you are posted in the North East Region (North East Zone and Tripura Zone), you get an extra 12.5% of your remuneration. For a posting in Bangalore, the headquarters of the Southern Zone, the extra is 5%. The Selection Committee may also offer a higher amount based on relevant work experience. Experience that is not relevant will be ignored.
What Is the Selection Process for NPCC Recruitment 2026?
NPCC has not fixed a method yet. It says the selection procedure will be decided depending on the response received, and may be a Personal Interview or any other appropriate way. The final selection will be based on that, and then an Offer of Appointment is issued. No exam pattern or syllabus is given.
Your original certificates must be produced at the interview for verification, failing which you may be disqualified from appearing. Government, PSU and autonomous body employees may submit a No Objection Certificate at the interview. Selection also depends on being found medically fit by an approved Government hospital or medical board. Applying does not give you any right to be called for the interview.
