Electrician (95), Fitter (80) and Instrument Mechanic (35) have the most ITI seats, while Metallurgy leads the diploma list with 20. Small branches such as Ceramic Technology or Chemical have only two seats at each level. For graduate and diploma apprentices, 50% of the stipend is paid by BSP and 50% comes from BOPT under DBT mode. Every applicant’s bank account must be DBT enabled and KYC verified.
BSP will not provide accommodation during training, and it is not liable for any Travel Allowance. If you live outside Bhilai, plan your rent and travel before you accept. BSP also has no obligation to offer regular employment during or after training.
