Educational Qualification
- Qualifications as per UGC Regulations 2018 (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges) and its subsequent amendments.
- For Professor: Ph.D. with a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience in a university or college, with published research work and evidence of guiding research scholars.
- For Associate Professor: Ph.D. with a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience with published research papers in recognized journals.
- For Assistant Professor: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) with NET/SLET/SET qualification, or Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations.
- For Assistant Librarian: Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science with NET/SLET qualification as per UGC norms.
- Foreign Ph.D. holders must provide an Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.
