Eligibility Criteria for UIIC Apprentice
To be eligible for the UIIC Apprentice Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the following specific requirements as of 01.12.2025.
Educational Qualification (H4)
- Graduate Degree: Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline (Regular Full Time) from a recognized University/Institution (UGC/AICTE/DOTE).
- Passing Year: Candidates must have passed their graduation and received their degree certificate in the years July 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Note: Candidates with Post-Graduate degrees or those with 1 year or more work experience are NOT eligible.

- Maximum Age: 28 Years

Salary and Benefits
Candidates selected as apprentices will receive a fixed monthly stipend.
- Monthly Stipend:₹9,000/- per month.
- Breakdown: UIIC pays ₹4,500/-, and the remaining ₹4,500/- is credited directly to the apprentice’s bank account via DBT as the Government share.
- Benefits: Apprentices are entitled to leave benefits:
- Casual Leave: 1 day for every completed month (Max 12 per year).
- Sick Leave: 4 days per quarter.
- Note: No other allowances (DA/HRA) or regular employment benefits are applicable.
Selection Process Explained
The selection for UIIC Apprentice Recruitment 2025 is purely merit-based.
- Shortlisting: The Board of Apprenticeship Training (Southern Region) will shortlist candidates based on the percentage of marks secured in the qualifying Graduate Degree examination.
