HAL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates aspiring to join the HAL Apprenticeship program must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • ITI Trade Apprentices: Passed ITI in the respective trade recognized by NCVT. 
  • Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Passed Diploma in the respective branch of Engineering/Technology from a State Board of Technical Education. The gap between the date of joining and the passing date of the qualification should not be more than 5 years. 
  • General Stream Graduate Apprentices: Successfully completed a Degree from a recognized university in the respective discipline. The gap between the date of joining and the passing date of the qualification should not be more than 5 years. 
  • Engineering Graduate Apprentices: Successfully completed a Degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university in the respective branch. The gap between the date of joining and the passing date of the qualification should not be more than 5 years. 
  • Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and possess Original/Provisional certificates are only eligible (for Diploma and Graduate Apprentices). 
  • Candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship Training or are currently undergoing similar apprenticeship training or registered for Apprentice training in the respective discipline/qualification under the Apprentice Act elsewhere are not eligible. 
  • Candidates who have passed Apprenticeship under the Centre of Excellence (COE) scheme need not apply (for ITI Trades). 

Age Limit:

  • Above 18 Years.

Experience:

  • No prior experience is required. This program is designed for freshers to gain practical knowledge.

HAL Apprentice Selection Process 2025
