Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution is mandatory.
- Post-qualification experience: minimum 1 year as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India.

What is the Salary for BoB Local Bank Officer 2026?
Selected candidates join in the Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMG/S-I) of Bank of Baroda. The notification states the pay scale exactly as follows:
₹48,480 – 2000/7 – ₹62,480 – 2340/2 – ₹67,160 – 2680/7 – ₹85,920
In simple words, your basic pay starts at ₹48,480 per month and rises through regular increments up to ₹85,920.
