Age Limit:
- The general age limit for all posts is 22 to 30 years.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
- OBC Candidates: 3 years
- Candidates with relevant work experience in capital markets/financial services can get an additional relaxation of up to 10 years.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI, ICWA, or MBA in Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a relevant area, preferably in an equity broking firm.
- Company Secretary & Compliance Officer:
- Education: Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks and a qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI. Candidates with an LLB or LLM degree will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Company Secretary in a public or private organization.
- Institutional Dealer:
- Education: Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in equity brokerage houses, with at least 2 years in institutional dealing preferred.
- Surveillance Officer:
- Education: Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 0.5 to 1 year of experience in surveillance functions at an equity brokerage house.
- Compliance Officer:
- Education: Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 to 3 years of experience in back-office functionalities at an equity brokerage house.
- Research Analyst:
- Education: MBA in Finance from a recognized institute or a CFA charter holder.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with an equity broker, financial institution, or research house in making financial models.
- Marketing Officer:
- Education: Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field in a public or private organization.
- Junior Officer on Contract – Marketing:
- Education: Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Depository Participant Relationship Manager (DPRM) Trainee – Marketing:

- The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) for this position is ₹11.00 lakhs per annum. This includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (D.A), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Conveyance Allowance. In addition to the fixed components, employees are also entitled to Mediclaim, Gratuity, and other leave benefits, making the overall package extremely attractive.
- Assistant Manager (Scale: ₹25440 – ₹36740):
- The approximate CTC for this role is ₹7.00 lakhs per annum. This package includes Basic Pay, D.A, HRA, and Conveyance Allowance. Furthermore, performance-based incentives, Gratuity, and leave components add significant value to the overall compensation.
- Junior Officer on Contract:
- The monthly emoluments for this position are structured as ₹34,800 in the first year, ₹37,200 in the second, and ₹40,800 in the third. The approximate annual CTC is ₹4.17 lakhs, excluding leave components.
- DPRM Trainee:
- Trainees will receive a fixed monthly emolument of ₹22,000, plus a performance-based incentive of ₹2,000. The approximate annual CTC for this role is ₹2.88 lakhs, providing a great starting point for fresh graduates.
