Remuneration and Benefits
- Daily Remuneration: ₹977 per day (paid only when called for duty)

Selection Process for HP Home Guard 2026

Stage 1: Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates will be measured for height, chest, and weight to verify they meet the minimum physical standards mentioned above. This is a measurement check, not a fitness test. Candidates who fail to meet standards are eliminated.
Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) — Qualifying Nature
