- Deputy Traffic Manager: A Degree from a recognised university + 9 years experience in Shipping / Cargo / Railway transportation operations
- Executive Engineer (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university + 5 years experience as Assistant Engineer or equivalent
- Senior Accounts Officer: Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Institute of Cost and Works Accountants + 5 years experience in Finance / Accounting
- Welfare Officer: A Degree from a recognised university + Degree or Diploma in Social Science + Knowledge of local language
- Law Officer Grade-I: Degree in Law from a recognised university
- AEE (Electronics and Communication): Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognised university (reserved for PwBD-OH category)
