Eligibility Criteria for NFC Apprentice Vacancy

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed the 10th standard (SSC) or its equivalent.

NFC Apprentice Salary and Benefits (Stipend)

Selection Process Explained

Merit-Based Selection (All Trades Except Electrician)
For 15 out of the 16 trades, the selection is purely on a merit basis.
- A merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks you scored in your ITI qualifying examination (in the respective trade).
- Tie-Breaker: If two or more candidates have the same marks in ITI, the candidate with the higher percentage of marks in the 10th standard (SSC) exam will be given preference.
Interview (For Electrician Trade Only)

The application process is entirely online through the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal. No other mode of application will be accepted.
Before you start, make sure you are registered on the NAPS portal.

- If you are a new user, click on “Register” in the top menu and select “Candidate”.
- Fill in all your personal details, educational qualifications, and upload the necessary documents to complete your profile 100%.
- After successful registration, log in to the portal with your registered email ID and password.

- In the search bar, find the “Search By Establishment Name” field.
