Salary / Pay Scale for Graduate Executive Trainee in NLC
Candidates joining NLCIL as Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) will undergo training for period of One year. During the training period, the GETs will be paid, a basic pay of INR.50,000/ -, Dearness allowance (Presently 29.4 % of basic pay) & Common Allowance (35% of basic pay) per month.
After completion of training GETs will be placed in the pay scale of INR. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E2) and their annual CTC will be approx INR.12.20 Lakhs.

Selection Process for Graduate Executive TraineeIn NLC
Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria as per the notification and qualified the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) -2022 will be shortlisted based on the merit order of marks (out of 100) scored in (GATE) – 2022, ensuring due reservation for SC / ST / OBC(NCL) / EWS / PwBD.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document / Certificate Verification / Medical Examination.
On successful completion of Document / Certificate Verification & Medical Examination “Offer of Appointment” will be issued to the selected candidates.
