Eligibility Criteria for BDL MT Recruitment

Educational Qualification
- For MT (Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical / CS / Metallurgy / Chemical / Civil): First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the respective discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- For MT (Finance): Pass in Final Exam of CA / ICWAI OR First Class MBA / PG Diploma in Finance (2 Years).
- For MT (Human Resources): First Class MBA / PG Diploma / PG Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Social Work (2 Years).
- Note: “First Class” means 60% marks in aggregate for UR/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST.

- General / EWS: Maximum 27 Years (28 Years for MT-Finance with CA/ICWAI).
- OBC (NCL): Maximum 30 Years.
- SC / ST: Maximum 32 Years.

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainees.
- Pay Scale: Grade-II (Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-).
- Stipend: During training, candidates will receive Basic Pay (Rs. 40,000) + DA + HRA + 20% Perks.
- CTC: Upon absorption as Assistant Manager, the approximate Cost to Company (CTC) will be Rs. 15.55 Lakhs Per Annum.

Selection Process
The selection procedure involves two stages:
- Computer Based Online Test (CBOT):
- Duration: 2 Hours.
- Structure: 150 MCQs (100 Domain/Subject + 50 General Aptitude).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Date: Tentatively on 11th January 2026.
- Centers: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, etc.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates (based on CBOT performance) will be called for an interview.
- Weightage: 85% for CBOT and 15% for Interview.
