BEL Trainee Engineer Salary and Financial Benefits
This role offers a very competitive monthly payment structure. As a Trainee Engineer-I, your consolidated remuneration will increase with your experience in the company. In the first year, you will earn ₹30,000 per month. This increases to ₹35,000 per month in the second year. If your contract is extended for a third year based on performance and project needs, your salary will be ₹40,000 per month.
In addition to this attractive salary, you will receive a consolidated amount of ₹12,000 per year to cover expenses like medical insurance premium, attire allowance, and footwear allowance. Furthermore, candidates posted to locations outside Bengaluru where BEL does not have a unit will receive an additional 10% of their consolidated pay as an Area Allowance. There is also a provision for a Retention Bonus of ₹1,00,000 for those who complete a 4-year tenure after being promoted to Project Engineer-I.
