Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period as Management Trainees. During this period, you will receive a consolidated stipend. This stipend is equivalent to 75% of the pay (Basic + DA) in the E-1 scale of ₹16,400-3%-40,500/- (Pre-revised). The remaining 25% of the first year’s pay will be released in four quarterly installments after the successful completion of training.

During training, you will also be provided with free hostel accommodation and free medical facilities for yourself at the BVFCL Hospital.

After Absorption: Upon successful completion of the one-year training, you will be absorbed as an Engineer or equivalent officer in the E-1 grade. Your pay scale will be ₹16,400-3%-40,500/- (Pre-revised).
