The 6-year ceiling can go to 7 years only for contract, consultancy or sponsored projects of 12 months or less funded by PSUs, industries, start-ups or individual entrepreneurs. Initial engagement is for one year or the project duration, whichever is earlier, and may be extended or cut short depending on the project and your performance. Selected candidates must join immediately on receiving the offer, and the posts may need travel outside Bhubaneswar.
