Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria as of the new cutoff date.
Educational Qualification
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) OR Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognized University.
- OR Diploma: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) with 2 years of experience as a Junior Pharmacist in Govt/Semi-Govt or Pharma company.
- Registration: Must be registered with the Gujarat State Pharmacy Council.
- Language: Knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.
- Computer: Basic knowledge of computer application (CCC or equivalent).
Age Limit
- As on 30/12/2025: 18 to 35 Years.

Salary and Benefits
- Fixed Pay: ₹ 40,800/- per month for the first 5 years.
- Regular Pay Scale: After 5 years, Level-5 Pay Matrix (₹ 29,200 – ₹ 92,300) + Allowances.
Selection Process Explained
The selection will be based on a competitive examination. The exam pattern has been updated to CBRT (Computer Based Response Test) / OMR format.
Part-A (60 Marks):
- Reasoning & Data Interpretation: 30 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude: 30 Marks
Part-B (150 Marks):
- Constitution of India, Current Affairs, Gujarati & English Comprehension: 30 Marks
- Subject Related Questions (Pharmacy): 120 Marks
