Educational Qualification
The requirements are simple and given below. Read them carefully before applying.
- Engineering Graduation (degree) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation.
- Minimum 60% marks (aggregate) for UR / OBC-NC candidates, and 50% marks for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.
- Engineering degree must be completed on or after 1 September 2023. Candidates who passed before this date are not eligible.
- Candidates with one year or more of work experience are not eligible (this is a freshers-only engagement).
- Registration on the NATS 2.0 portal is mandatory to be considered.

What is the Stipend / Salary for HPCL Apprentice 2026?
A fixed monthly stipend is paid during the one-year apprenticeship. There is no other allowance.
