Educational Qualification & Experience
- Addl. Executive Engineer (Dist.): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + 7 years experience in Power Sector.
- Addl. Executive Engineer (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering + 7 years experience in Civil works related to Power Sector.
- Dy. Executive Engineer (Dist.): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + 3 years experience in Power Distribution.
- Dy. Executive Engineer (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering + 3 years experience in Civil works in Power Sector.
Age Limit (as on 27.06.2025)
- Addl. Executive Engineer: Maximum 40 Years
- Dy. Executive Engineer: Maximum 35 Years
- Age Relaxation:

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in the respective Pay Scales.

- Dy. Executive Engineer: ₹ 73,580 – 2995 – 88,555 – 3250 – 1,66,555
- Allowances: DA, HRA, Medical Benefit, Leave Encashment, CPF, Gratuity, etc. as per Company Rules.
Selection Process
The selection process involves two stages:
- Online Examination (90% Weightage):
- Professional Knowledge: 50 Qs (110 Marks)
- Reasoning: 40 Qs (20 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude: 20 Qs (10 Marks)
- Marathi Language: 20 Qs (10 Marks)
- Total: 130 Questions / 150 Marks / 120 Minutes.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Personal Interview (10% Weightage): Shortlisting ratio 1:3.
