Eligibility Criteria for NABARD Young Professional
Candidates must fulfill the specific educational and experience criteria as on 01.11.2025.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- General Requirement: Relevant Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in the respective discipline from a recognized University.
- Experience: Candidates must have relevant work experience (generally minimum 1 year) in the respective field.

Age Limit (As on 01.11.2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- Candidate must have been born not earlier than 01.11.1995 and not later than 01.11.2004.
Salary and Benefits
- Stipend: A consolidated monthly stipend of ₹70,000/- (all-inclusive).
- Leave: Maximum 30 days in a calendar year.
- Travel: TA/DA for official travel as per entitlement.
- Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
