Eligibility Criteria for NPCC Recruitment 2025

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Site Engineer (Civil): Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE. 
    • Site Engineer (Electrical): Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE. 
    • Site Engineer (Architect): Bachelor in Architectural Engineering from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE. 
    • Sr. Associate (Office Support)-HR: MBA (HR)/Post Graduate in HR from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE. 
    • Sr. Associate (Office Support)-Finance: CA/CMA/MBA (Fin.)/Post Graduate in a relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE. 
    • Sr. Associate (Office Support)-Admin: Post Graduate in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE. 
    • Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years regular course) from a recognized Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE. 
    • Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 years regular course) from a recognized Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE. 
    • Assistant (Office Support): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute (Regular Course) recognized by UGC/AICTE. 
  • Age Limit:
    • The upper age limit for all posts is 40 years as of March 31, 2025. 
    • Reservations and Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) will be applicable as per extent Government orders. 
  • Experience:
    • The notification mentions that higher consolidated remuneration may be offered based on the candidate’s qualification, work experience, and performance in the interview. NPCC Salary and Benefits 2025

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly emolument along with other benefits as per NPCC Ltd. norms.

  • Site Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Architect): Rs. 33,750/- PM (with an annual increment of Rs. 500/- per month). 
  • Sr. Associate (Office Support) – HR, Finance, Admin: Rs. 33,750/- PM (with an annual increment of Rs. 500/- per month). 
  • Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical): Rs. 25,650/- PM (with an annual increment of Rs. 400/- per month). 
  • Assistant (Office Support): Rs. 25,000/- PM (with an annual increment of Rs. 300/- per month). 
  • Additional Benefits:
    • Employer’s contribution towards Provident Fund @12% shall be borne by the Company. 
    • A fixed Medical Allowance of Rs. 1250/- per month shall also be borne by the Corporation. 
    • Higher consolidated remuneration may be offered by the selection committee based on the candidate’s qualification, work experience, and performance in the interview. 

NPCC Selection Process 2025

The selection of candidates for all posts will be through a Walk-in-Interview. Merely attending the walk-in interview does not guarantee appointment.

  2. Fill the Application Form: Carefully fill in all the required details in the application form.
  3. Gather Documents: Candidates must bring all relevant documents in original and one set of self-attested photocopies. These include documents for age, qualification, experience, caste certificate (if applicable), etc. 
    • OBC candidates must furnish a certificate (not older than six months as on March 31, 2025) clearly mentioning non-creamy layer status. 
    • Candidates employed in Central/State Government Departments/Public Sector Enterprises should submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

    • Dates and Reporting Time: As mentioned in the ‘Important Dates’ section. Reporting time is strictly between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM.
