OHPC Trainee Salary and Benefits

During the one-year training period, Management Trainees (MTs) will receive a consolidated stipend of ₹50,000/- per month, and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) will receive ₹40,000/- per month. In addition, trainees get a medical allowance of ₹200/- per month and a remote area allowance of ₹1,000/- per month if posted at BHEP, Balimela, or UIHEP, Mukhiguda.
