Educational Qualification & Age Limit (as on 01.02.2025)

Officer (Finance) E1 Grade

  • Educational Qualification:
    • CA/CMA OR 
    • Regular and Full Time graduation degree in commerce, accounting/Finance discipline (B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBA) AND Two years regular and full-time Post-Graduation degree (MBA/MMS/PGDBM equivalent to MBA) with specialization in Finance. M.Com will not be considered. 
  • Minimum Percentage: No percentage criteria for CA/CMA. For option B, Minimum 60% in Final Year of qualifying Post-graduation degree (55% for SC category). 
  • Maximum Age: UR/EWS – 34 years, SC – 39 years, OBC(NCL) – 37 years. 
  • Post Qualification Inline Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in executive cadre dealing with Accounting and financial matters. Training/internship/articleship will not be counted. Knowledge in SAP FICO module desirable. 

Management Trainee (Boiler)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Regular and full time 4 years BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical discipline AND valid Boiler Operation Engineer’s Certificate (BOE) / Boiler Proficiency Certificate. OR 
    • 3 years regular and full time BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical discipline (acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering) AND valid Boiler Operation Engineer’s Certificate (BOE) / Boiler Proficiency Certificate.

Management Trainee (Marketing)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Regular and full time UGC/AICTE/ICAR recognized Science / Engineering/Agriculture graduate AND Two years regular and full time UGC / AICTE/ICAR recognized Post graduate degree in MBA (Marketing/AgriBusiness Management/Agriculture) or MMS (Marketing). OR

Knowledge of Shorthand and translation tools desirable. 
  • Minimum Percentage: Minimum 60% marks in last year of Graduation (55% for SC) AND Minimum 60% marks in last year of Post-Graduation (55% for SC). 
  • Maximum Age: UR – 40 years, SC – 45 years, OBC(NCL) – 43 years. PwBD relaxations apply. 
  • Post Qualification Inline Experience:
    • For E1 Grade: Minimum 10 years total experience, out of which minimum 1 year in immediate lower grade/scale of EO level (Rs. 30000-120000) as Secretary to Senior Level Executives in PSU/PSEB/Private Sector (turnover Rs. 5000 Cr in last 3 yrs). Private sector candidates min CTC Rs.10 Lakh p.a. 
    • For E2 Grade: Minimum 10 years total experience, out of which minimum 3 years in immediate lower grade/scale of E1 level (Rs. 40000-140000) as Secretary to Senior Level Executives in PSU/PSEB/Private Sector (turnover Rs. 5000 Cr in last 3 yrs). Private sector candidates min CTC Rs.13.70 Lakh p.a. 

Management Trainee (Human Resources)

  • Educational Qualification: Regular and Full Time Graduation degree in any discipline AND 2 years regular and full time Post-Graduation degree/Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA) With specialization in Human Resource/Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies. Additional qualification in law preferred. Proficiency in Marathi preferable. 
  • Minimum Percentage: Minimum 55% (for ST category candidates) aggregate in Final Year of Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma. 
  • Maximum Age: ST Category – 32 years. 

Management Trainee (Administration)

RCFL Salary and Benefits

Management Trainee

  • Training Period: One year. 
  • Stipend: Rs. 60,000/- per month during training. 
  • Accommodation: Free lodging facility at company’s hostel (Trombay/Thal) or fixed allowance of Rs. 5000/- pm for other locations. 
  • Other Benefits during Training: Medical facility for self at RCF Hospital, access to Sports Complex. TA/DA for tours as per policy for those in Marketing Area Offices. 
  • Absorption: After successful training, absorption in E1 Grade. 
  • Pay Scale (E1 Grade): Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000. 
  • Approximate Gross Emoluments (E1 Grade): Rs. 83,880/- per month (includes Basic Pay, VDA, Perks, HRA). 
  • Bond: Rs. Two Lakhs for 4 years (including training). 

Officer E1 Grade

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000. 
  • Approximate Gross Emoluments: Rs. 83,880/- per month. 

Officer E2 Grade

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000.

RCFL Selection Process 2025

The selection process for Management Trainees and Officers involves:

  1. Online Test
  2. Personal Interview

Online Test

  • Nature: Computer-based objective type test. 
  • Test Centers: Bhopal, Delhi/Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR region, Nagpur. 
  • Medium: Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English. 
  • Structure: Two parts – Discipline related and Aptitude related. 
  • Duration: 90 minutes. 
  • Total Questions: 100 questions. 
    • 50 questions from the qualifying degree/relevant discipline (2 marks each). 
    • 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge/Awareness (1 mark each). 
  • Negative Marking: Yes, there will be negative marking for wrong answers. 
  • Travel Reimbursement: Outstation SC/ST/PwBD candidates called for the Online Test will be reimbursed to and fro Rail/Bus fare (restricted to III Tier AC rail fare, Mail trains only) from the nearest railway station of correspondence address. 

Scrutiny of Documents

  • After the online test, a discipline-wise merit list will be drawn. 
  • Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:7 ratio for document verification. 
  • Shortlisted candidates need to upload documents online. 
  • There will be a pre-interview document scrutiny. If discrepancies are found, candidates will be given time to submit required documents. 

Personal Interview

  • Candidates who meet eligibility criteria after document verification (provisionally shortlisted in a 1:7 ratio) will be called for a personal interview. 
  • Interview call letters will be available on the RCF Ltd website and intimated via SMS/email. 
  • Travel Reimbursement: Outstation candidates called for a personal interview will be reimbursed to and fro III tier AC Train/Bus fare (restricted to III Tier AC rail fare, Mail trains only) from the correspondence address. 

Final Selection

  • A separate merit list will be drawn for UR/SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates. 
  • Weightage:
    • Online Test: 80% 
    • Personal Interview: 20% 
  • Candidates must qualify in the Personal Interview separately with a minimum average of 50% marks. 
  • Tie-breaking criteria: Percentage in qualifying examination, then date of birth (older candidate gets preference). 
  • Pre-Employment Medical Exam: Selected candidates must be medically fit as per RCF Ltd standards.

  2. New Registration: Choose “Click here for New Registration”. Enter your Name, Contact details, and Email ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated. 
  3. Save Application: You can save data using the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab if unable to complete in one go. 
  4. Verify Details: Carefully fill and verify all details before final submission. No changes are possible after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON. Ensure names match certificates/identity proof. 
  5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of:
    • Photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm, 20kb-50kb, 200×230 pixels). 
    • Signature (with black ink, 10kb-20kb, 140×60 pixels). Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS is not accepted. 
    • Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink, 20kb-50kb, 240×240 pixels). 
    • Hand-written declaration (on white paper with black ink, 50kb-100kb, 800×400 pixels). The text is: “I, _____ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” This must be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only. 
    • Live photograph capture using webcam or mobile phone will also be required. 
  6. Fill Application Form: Proceed to fill other details in the Application Form.
