SAIL Management Trainee Salary and Benefits

This position offers a very attractive salary and benefits package. During the one-year training period, selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainees (Technical) and will receive a Basic Pay of ₹50,000/- per month in the pay scale of ₹50,000-1,60,000/-.

After successful completion of training, candidates will be designated as Assistant Manager in the E1 grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/-.

The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) at the minimum of the E1 grade will be ₹16-17 Lakhs per annum. This is exclusive of Performance Related Pay (PRP) and location-based allowances.
