There are 1,784 vacancies across 11 different posts, and the biggest are Gram Vikas Adhikari (Samaj Kalyan) with 525, Gram Panchayat Adhikari with 508 and Commercial Tax Collection Amin with 235. The notification says the total and category-wise seats can go up or down later. Reservation applies only to UP domicile candidates. Non-domicile candidates are treated as Unreserved.
What is the Eligibility for UPSSSC Inter Level Recruitment 2026?
Educational Qualification
Every post needs Intermediate from the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an exam the Government recognises as equivalent. Some posts ask for more. Read the 12th pass government jobs page if you want similar openings.

Every post also gives preference to candidates with 2 years in the Territorial Army or an NCC “B” certificate. Bhumi Arjan Amin prefers those who finished Lekhpal training. Gram Panchayat Adhikari also prefers a rural background. Sahkari Krishi Paryavekshak prefers cooperative training.
You must hold the required qualification and certificates on 1 December 2026. Admission to the exam is provisional, and candidature is cancelled if you lacked it.
PET-2025 Condition
You must have appeared in PET-2025 and received a scorecard. Candidates with a zero or negative absolute or normalised PET-2025 score will not be called for the Main Exam. Candidates marked “Under Investigation” or “Provisional” may apply provisionally, and their selection for the Main Exam depends on the Commission’s inquiry.

Age is counted on 1 July of the year of advertisement. For this advertisement that means 1 July 2026. The notification states the rule but does not print the date itself, so we worked it out. The upper limit is relaxed for SC, ST and other categories the Government notifies, but the notification does not print the number of years. Sahkari Krishi Paryavekshak gets 5 years for people already in government or UP Cooperative Union service. Serving state employees get 5 years under a 2013 order. Only one relaxation, the most beneficial, is allowed. Only your High School or equivalent certificate proves date of birth.

Selection is based on the written exam. There is no interview, because the notification follows the UP 2017 rules for lower-level posts. Each wrong answer costs one-fourth (25%) of the marks for that question. The exam date is not announced yet; the Commission will inform candidates in due course, and the date, time and centre come on the admit card. If the exam runs in more than one shift, scores are normalised.

Make only one application. If you submit more than one, only the last submitted form counts and the rest are cancelled. No application or fee is accepted after 1 December 2026, and the Commission will not hear any claim after that day. Keep your caste, EWS, disability and High School certificates ready, because they are checked at record verification. Candidates serving in government must bring a No Objection Certificate from their employer when the Commission asks.

Only these fields can be corrected, and only until 8 December 2026: correspondence address, EWS and horizontal reservation category, qualification details and marital status. Nothing else can be changed after that day.

The fee table does not list EWS separately. Pay by credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or SBI e-challan at any SBI branch. No other mode is allowed. Only shortlisted candidates pay a separate Main Exam fee later, before downloading the admit card. The amount is not given in this notification.
