These are provisional keys. Neither PDF states an objection window, a fee, or how to submit an objection, and neither carries a notice number or date. One aggregator has reported 6 November 2026 as the last date for objections. We could not find that date in either key, so treat it as unconfirmed and check the official website, apsc.nic.in, before you rely on it.
The key PDFs also do not state negative marking, qualifying marks, or the date of the final key or result. Nothing on these points should be assumed until APSC publishes it.

Domicile Requirement
Candidates must be Indian Citizens (as per Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution) and permanent residents of Assam. Either a valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) of Assam (issued for educational purpose) or an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate is accepted as proof of residency.
