Salary & Benefits: Stipend and Compensation
Selected candidates will be appointed as Supervisory Trainees for a period of one year. Upon successful completion of the training, they will be absorbed into the company’s permanent rolls.
During Training (1 Year)
- Trainees will receive a monthly stipend which varies based on the city of posting:
- ‘X’ City (Taloja, Kolkata, Manali): ₹26,000 per month
- ‘Y’ City: ₹24,500 per month
- ‘Z’ City (Silvassa): ₹23,000 per month
- Other Benefits: Trainees are also eligible for a lunch allowance, earned leave, sick leave, and coverage under the Group Medical Insurance Scheme (GMIS) and Group Personal Accident Insurance Policy.
On Absorption
- After successfully completing the one-year training, candidates will be absorbed as Junior Officer (Grade 01).
- The pay scale for the post will be ₹21,750 – ₹65,000.
- The Cost to Company (CTC) will include Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Medical benefits, other perks and allowances, and retiral benefits as per company policy.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the Supervisory Trainee position will be based on a single-stage process:
- Written Examination: All eligible applicants will be called for an All-India Written Examination. The test will consist of objective-type, multiple-choice questions. The duration of the exam will be 1.5 hours. The test will be conducted in five cities: Silvassa/Vapi, Taloja/Greater Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and Delhi.
