Good news for experienced teachers in Karnataka. Bharat Electronics Educational Institutions (BEEI), which runs 08 BEL institutions from Pre-KG to degree level, has announced 10 vacancies on a fixed tenure of three years. Applications are online only, from 4 November 2026 to 24 November 2026. Every post needs a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, and you can apply for only one post. Read this full article before you click apply, because the rules on certificates and documents can cost you the interview.

Salary is the first thing most teachers compare, so note the differences. The notification gives one consolidated salary per post, and the Lecturer in Sanskrit post pays the most at Rs 69,250. It prints no pay level and no allowances, and it does not say “per month”, so confirm the pay period at the interview stage. It also gives no category-wise split of the 10 posts.

Experience is counted from the month after the month of your final exam for the essential qualification. Experience certificates from your previous and present employer must show the period of employment and the post held. Experience without supporting documents will not be considered and can be rejected or cancelled without notice. The notification does not print a minimum age. The 45-year limit applies to General candidates. Your EWS, caste or disability certificate must be strictly in the format on the BEEI website, otherwise you are treated as a General category candidate, provided you meet every General criterion.
Selection Process for BEEI Teacher Posts

Do not pay anyone outside the official application portal. Check the fee, if any, on the application form itself. BEEI says it asks for no money at any other stage of recruitment.

Only Indian nationals can apply. As a teacher you will also be expected to attend school 15 minutes before the bell and stay 15 minutes after it, keep a logbook of practical classes, take extra classes on holidays if the syllabus is behind, and cover for absent colleagues when the Head of Institution asks. Think honestly about this workload before you apply. BEEI also reserves the right to cancel a post if no suitable candidate is found, and to change the selection process without notice. If you ever litigated with an employer, mention it briefly in writing at the interview.
