Educational Qualification (post-wise)
- Junior Executive (Engineering) — 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil / Chemical Engineering with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Eligible for diploma holders in government jobs.
- Junior Executive (Accounts) — Graduate in any discipline + CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) passed (candidates with CA / CMA Final are NOT eligible); minimum 55% (50% SC/ST/PwBD).
- Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities) — Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM with 55% (50% SC/ST/PwBD); Retail / Hospitality diploma desirable.
- Secretary, BPCL — Bachelor’s degree (3-year) with 55% (50% SC/ST/PwBD) + Class XII & X with 55% each; Secretarial / PA diploma desirable.
- Associate Executive (Quality Assurance) — M.Sc. Chemistry (Organic / Physical / Inorganic / Analytical / Polymer) with 60% (55% SC/ST/PwBD); no allied disciplines.
- Associate Executive (Official Language) — Master’s in Hindi (2-year) with 55% (50% SC/ST/PwBD) + English as subject in 12th / Graduation.

What is the Salary for BPCL Entry Level 2026?
BPCL offers highly competitive salary packages at par with other Maharatna PSUs. Selected candidates are placed on a 1-year probation (extendable) with all central PSU perks.
