- Trade Apprentice (Fitter): Matric with a 2-year ITI in Fitter trade.

IOCL Apprentice Salary and Benefits 2025
The stipend for apprentices is governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961. For Graduate and Technician Apprentices, the stipend is divided into two parts: 50% is paid by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), and the remaining 50%, plus an additional ₹2500, is paid by IOCL. To receive the government’s share, candidates must have an Aadhaar-seeded bank account enabled for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Trade Apprentices will receive the full stipend directly from IOCL.
