Medical Fitness and Service Conditions
Your appointment depends on being declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board. The job is full time, and private practice of any type is prohibited. All Puducherry SRs work at the Karaikal campus on rotation, and Radiodiagnosis SRs are deputed to the Yanam campus regularly, with periodic Karaikal visits.
Salary and Benefits
The pay is ₹1,28,359 per month consolidated, and it will not be enhanced during the contract. No extra or additional allowances are admissible for any additionally assigned duty. No travelling allowance is paid for attending the interview or for joining.

The photo must be a recent colour passport photo (30 mm × 45 mm, 20-80 KB) taken with a placard showing your name and date. If the name or date is edited in afterwards, the application is rejected. If the photo or signature is not visible in the preview, the application is also rejected. Keep ready your age proof, MBBS and internship certificates, PG degree and course-cum-conduct certificate, NMC registrations, and category certificates (OBC-NCL for FY 2026-27, SC/ST or EWS in the prescribed annexure).
An application, once submitted, is final. To correct an error, submit a new application with the fee, and the earlier one stands cancelled. If you work in a government, PSU or autonomous body, bring an NOC from your employer, otherwise you will not be allowed to appear for the interview under any circumstances. An EWS candidate needs a prescribed-format income certificate valid before applying, shown at verification, or the candidature is rejected. Canvassing disqualifies you, and giving false information or carrying a mobile phone or any electronic gadget into the interview hall, even switched off, will cancel your candidature at any stage.
