Important Service Condition
All posts under both advertisements are reserved for candidates already working as Para Teachers (Sahayak Adhyapak) under the Jharkhand Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad (JEPC), with a minimum of 2 years of continuous service as on the advertisement date, and must still be in service on that date.
Educational Qualification
- Class 1–5 (Intermediate Trained): Senior Secondary (+2) with the required marks, plus a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or equivalent training, and a pass in JTET (Classes 1–5).
- Class 6–8 (all subjects): A relevant Graduation (Science / Maths for Maths & Science, Arts / Social Science / Commerce for Social Science, or a notified language for Language), plus B.Ed / D.El.Ed or equivalent NCTE-recognised training, and a pass in JTET (Classes 6–8).
Jharkhand residents who passed CTET or a neighbouring state’s TET can also apply, but must pass JTET within 3 years of appointment.
