Most notices ask for a government-recognised or reputed university. A Diploma is accepted only in the Manager-level notices 28 to 31, and in notice 29 a Diploma holder needs 10 years for the Dy. Manager level.

Notice 33/2026 prints the 9, 7 and 5 year figures for all three levels, but the post itself is a single Dy. Manager post, so read that notice in the PDF before you decide. It also asks for sound MS Office knowledge and good communication skills.

Service Record and APAR Grading
Candidates must have an overall grade of “Very Good” in at least 2 of the last 3 Annual Performance Appraisal Reports. Contract staff also get medical and personal accident insurance, out-patient medical reimbursement, a CUG mobile and telephone reimbursement, newspaper reimbursement and a conveyance allowance. A transit and relocation grant is given to candidates coming from outside Bangalore, and a children’s education allowance is given as per eligibility.
