What is the Selection Process for MDL Trade Apprentice 2026?
Selection is based on a written test followed by document checks. Here are the stages explained simply:

For Group A and Group C, the paper covers English & General Knowledge, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For Group B (ITI), it covers English & General Knowledge, Trade Theory, Workshop Calculation & Science, and Engineering Drawing.
Stage 2: Document Verification and Trade Allotment
Candidates with the highest marks (group and category wise) are called for document verification. Trades are allotted in order of merit, so a higher score gives you a better choice of trade.
