Salary and Benefits (Stipend)

Selected candidates will be engaged for a period of one year as Apprentice Trainees and will receive a monthly stipend as per the guidelines of the Apprentices Act, 1961, and as decided by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR).

Stipend: As per Apprenticeship Rules.
Other Benefits: This is purely an apprenticeship training program. MRPL will not provide any accommodation, transportation, or reimbursement for boarding and lodging expenses. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the fair or for joining.

Important Note: This apprenticeship does not guarantee future employment at MRPL. Upon completion of the training period, the company is under no obligation to offer permanent employment to the apprentices.
