Educational Qualification
For all Junior Technician posts (Electronics Mechanic / Fitter / Instrument Mechanic / Surveyor), the qualification is Class 10 pass + Trade Certificate in the respective trade issued by NCVT or SCVT. 10th pass + ITI candidates can find more such openings here.
For Junior Office Assistant, you need 10+2 pass in any stream + Diploma or Certificate in Computer Application of minimum 6 months duration (with conversance in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
For Junior Engineer (Electrical), the requirement is Class 10 pass + 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Government Recognized Institute + a valid Electrical Supervisor Certificate of Competency (parts 1, 2, 3 & 4) issued by the Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Assam.
Age Limit
Age is calculated as on 8 June 2026 (crucial date) and is inclusive of 10 years PwBD relaxation.
