Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Data Scientist: Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field. Minimum 3 years experience.
- AI Specialists: B.E./B.Tech + M.Tech/M.Sc. in AI/ML/Data Science. Minimum 4 years experience in AI/ML development.
- ML Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or AI. Minimum 4 years experience in ML engineering/MLOps.
- Data Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics. Minimum 8 years experience in data engineering.
- Data Protection Officer: Bachelor’s degree (any). Minimum 15 years experience (including 4 years in data protection/privacy).
- Relationship Manager: Graduate + MBA/PGDM (Finance), CA, or CFA. Minimum 6 years experience in banking/NBFCs.
- Portfolio Manager: Graduate + MBA/PGDM (Finance), CA, or CFA. Minimum 10 years experience in portfolio/investment management.
- Strategic Partnerships Manager: MBA/PGDM/Master’s in Finance/Strategy/Marketing. Minimum 8 years experience in partnerships/ecosystem.
- Cluster Manager: Bachelor’s in Agri Business, Rural Management, BBA, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum 3 years experience.

Selection Process
Stage 1: Application Screening & Shortlisting
SIDBI will screen all received applications for eligibility against the notified criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Stage 2: Personal Interview (Online)
The interview will be conducted in online mode. The interview assesses your subject expertise, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
Stage 3: Merit List & Document Verification
Merit list is prepared based on interview scores. Document verification of original certificates and identity proofs will be conducted for selected candidates.
Stage 4: Medical Examination & Joining
Selected candidates must clear medical fitness examination. Upon clearance, candidates will be offered the position on a contractual basis for 3 years.
