UPSC NDA & NA (I) Final Result 2026: 617 Candidates Qualified
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2026 in a press note dated 5 November 2026. The list gives, in order of merit, 617 candidates who qualified on the written examination held on 12 April 2026 and the subsequent interviews held by the Services Selection Board, Ministry of Defence.
These candidates qualified for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the 157th Course of the National Defence Academy and the 119th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). The exam was held under the UPSC NDA Recruitment 2026, which has the full notification, vacancies and eligibility.

How Many Candidates Qualified in the NDA & NA (I) 2026 Final Result?

Is the Candidature in the NDA & NA (I) 2026 Final Result Provisional?
- The results of the Medical Examination have not been taken into account in preparing these lists.
- The candidature of all 617 candidates is provisional. It depends on submitting the requisite certificates in support of date of birth, educational qualifications and other claims, wherever this has not already been done.
- Send these certificates directly to the Additional Directorate General of Recruiting, Adjutant General’s Branch, Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Army), West Block No.III, Wing-I, R.K Puram, New Delhi-110066, and not to UPSC.
- If your address changes, inform the Army Headquarters at the same address promptly.
When Will UPSC Release NDA & NA (I) 2026 Marks?
UPSC will put the marks of the candidates on its website after 15 days from the date of declaration of the final results. For this exam, UPSC runs a Facilitation Counter on its campus on working days from 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM, and a Candidate’s Helpdesk by telephone from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM on all days.
For SSB or interview matters, the notice points candidates to joinindianarmy.nic.in (Army as first choice), officer-navy@nic.in or joinindiannavy.gov.in (Navy or Naval Academy as first choice) and www.careerindianairforce.cdac.in (Air Force as first choice).

What’s Next
