What Each Post Will Actually Do
The notification lists these main duties:
- AI/ML and Data Science Lead: build AI/ML models for crop analytics, yield prediction and pest or disease detection, mentor incubated startups from proof of concept to scale, and guide scholars on AI-based studies.
- Geospatial and Remote Sensing Specialist: make crop maps and NDVI, drought and moisture analysis from satellite, drone and GIS data, and support startups and university faculty with geospatial work.
- Robotics and IoT/Edge Computing Specialist: design, test and deploy IoT sensor systems and edge devices, support robotics pilots at university farms and mentor hardware startups.
- Industry and Startup Liaison: onboard startups under incubation, coordinate mentoring, demo days and MoUs, and link university research with industry and funding.
