All posts require domain-specific Engineering degrees / diplomas with significant post-qualification experience in the power distribution sector under central schemes like DDUGJY, R-APDRP, IPDS, Saubhagya, UDAY and RDSS.
- Assistant Project Manager: B.E. / B.Tech. Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience.
- Team Leader: B.E. / B.Tech. Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience.
- Smart Metering Expert: B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical / EEE / IT / MCA with 9+ years in DDUGJY / R-APDRP / IPDS / Smart Metering projects.
- Material Quality Expert: B.E. / B.Tech. Electrical Engineering with 9+ years in Quality Inspection under central electrification schemes.
- SCADA Expert: B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical / EEE / ECE / E&I / CSE / IT with 10+ years in UDAY / DDUGJY / R-APDRP / IPDS.
- Cloud Infrastructure Expert: Engineering / IT / Computer Applications degree with 6+ years in IT hardware, cloud hosting, security audits and cyber security solutions.
- Cyber Security Expert: Engineering / IT / Computer Applications degree with 6+ years in security audits, VAPT and cyber security policy.
- Field Engineer: Degree / Diploma in Electrical / EEE with 3 years (Degree) or 6 years (Diploma) post-qualification experience in Quality Inspection.

What is the Salary for WAPCOS RDSS Posts 2026?

What is the Selection Process for WAPCOS RDSS Posts 2026?
The selection runs in two simple stages — there is no written exam.

- Interview at WAPCOS — shortlisted candidates are called for an interview at WAPCOS office. The location will be communicated to shortlisted candidates by email.
