Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University or its equivalent in any discipline. Additionally:

Selected candidates are paid as per ROPA 2019 of the West Bengal State Government with the following pay structure:

- Pay Level 9 (Posts 12-19): Rs. 28,900 – Rs. 74,500 per month
In-hand Salary Estimate: Approximately Rs. 38,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month at entry level (basic + DA + HRA + medical).

WBPSC follows a three-stage selection process. Only the marks of Final Examination and Personality Test count for the final merit list.
