There is no General category vacancy at all for Personal Assistant. The notice says this plainly — every clause about the General category applies only to the Senior Personal Assistant post. So a General candidate cannot get a seat in PA, whatever the marks. Apply for SPA instead. PwBD reservation is horizontal, which means those seats sit inside the totals above and are not extra posts.

Your age must not be below 18 years and not over 32 years as on 1 January 2026 — born not earlier than 2 January 1994 and not later than 1 January 2008. Only the date of birth recorded in your Matriculation certificate is accepted, and no request to change it will be entertained later.

PwBD relaxation applies only if your benchmark disability is 40% or more and belongs to a category for which a vacancy has been reserved in this notice. If your disability type is not on that list, you are not entitled to any relaxation in marks or fee and you will be judged by your normal category. The age concession for existing court staff covers only people in regular service in this Court — it does not apply to those working in other government departments, PSUs or Delhi District Courts.

Offline applications are not accepted at all. Your application counts as successfully submitted only once the Confirmation Page is generated after payment — save it. Use an email and mobile number you will still have next year, because the Court corresponds by email and SMS. Which Conditions Can Cancel Your Delhi High Court SPA and PA Candidature?
These are the lines candidates skip. Each one can end your candidature after you have already paid the fee.
