Every post except Gender Specialist is a single post at the first point of its roster, which is open competition. For the two Gender Specialist posts, the roster points will be certified by the Collectorate and shown at the venue before the exam, so the category of those two seats is not known yet.

Four of the five posts accept a degree, so graduates looking for government jobs have the widest choice here. MTS is open to 10th pass candidates with no experience at all.
The qualification and experience must be held on 08.10.2026, the date of the notification. They shall not be lowered under any circumstances. Every degree or diploma must be from a recognised University or Board. A higher qualification in the same subject is accepted in place of the degree.
Experience is where many applications fail, so check it now:

This is a fixed monthly amount, not a pay scale. EPF and ESI contributions will be made as the law requires. The job is a contract with the Collector, one year at a time, and the first term runs up to 31.03.2027. It is not Government service and gives no right to regularisation. Continuing depends on yearly performance appraisal, vigilance clearance, the scheme continuing and funds being released, and the contract can be ended at any time as it provides.
