What is the Selection Process for DMHO Hanumakonda Recruitment 2026?
Selection is on a merit basis. A separate merit list is made for each category of post, out of 100 marks.
| Component | Marks |
|---|---|
| Marks obtained in qualifying examination | 90 |
| Weightage for age | 10 |
Since 90 of the 100 marks come from your qualifying examination, your marks decide most of your rank. The notification asks for the marks memos of all years of that examination, so attach every one of them.
Age weightage counts from 18 years: 0.5 mark for each completed year, up to 10 marks, reckoned as on 01.07.2026. The notification’s own examples: 20 years gets 1.0 mark, 30 years gets 6.0 marks, and 38 years gets the full 10.0 marks. The merit list will be displayed on the official website of the District Collector for objections, and the final selection list follows the Rule of Reservation. Keep an eye on our results page once lists start coming out.
