Khammam NHM Recruitment 2026: Specialist, Nurse, Lab and Pharmacy Jobs on Contract
Good news for health workers in Telangana. The Office of the District Medical & Health Officer (DM&HO), Khammam has released Notification No.03/2026 for 99 posts under the National Health Mission (NHM). The biggest openings are 36 MLHP / CHO / MO (Palle Dawakhana) posts, 24 Staff Nurse / Nursing Officer posts and 14 Lab Technician posts, along with specialist doctors, ANMs, Pharmacists and a Psychologist. The window is very short: forms are accepted only from 8 October 2026 to 13 October 2026 (till 5:00 PM). There is no online form. You must fill a paper application and submit it in person or by registered post to the DM&HO office in Khammam. Two posts show two pay figures. The notification prints both amounts but does not say which qualification gets which, so we have kept them exactly as printed. The 11 ANM seats are shared by the ANM and 2nd ANM rows; the split between them is not given.

You must also attach the registration certificate from the concerned Medical Council, Nursing Council, Para Medical Board or other relevant authority. Without council registration your form is incomplete, so get it ready first.
Nurses applying for the MLHP / CHO / MO posts should read that row twice. If your B.Sc (N) or GNM was completed before the 2020 academic year, the 6-month CPCH bridge programme is part of the requirement, so keep that certificate with your other papers.
The Supervisor post is the only one open to a plain graduate, but the experience, computer course and driving licence are all required together, not as options.

Right after the Ex-Servicemen line, the notification adds “Applicable only for the posts of Medical Officers”. So if you are an ex-serviceman applying for a non-medical post, check this point with the DM&HO office before you rely on that relaxation.
What is the Salary for DMHO Khammam NHM Posts 2026?
The pay is a fixed monthly remuneration, shown post-wise in the vacancy table. The specialist doctors get the highest amount, ₹1,00,000 per month. Staff Nurses get ₹29,900, while ANMs, Lab Technicians and Pharmacists get ₹27,300. The Psychologist post pays ₹22,750.
These are contract or outsourcing appointments. Candidates selected in outsourcing mode are appointed through an Outsourcing Agency. The notification does not list allowances, so plan around the figure shown for your post.

The notification’s own examples: a candidate aged 20 gets 1.0 mark, aged 30 gets 6.0 marks, and aged 38 gets 10.0 marks. So good marks in your qualifying exam matter most, and older candidates get some advantage. Because 90 of the 100 marks come from your qualifying examination, the marks memos of all the years are the most important papers in your envelope. Check that every year’s memo is attached before you seal it.
The notification also says no TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews. The District Collector reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the selection process at any time, and the Collector’s decision is final.
